Ronald W. Harris, Jr., is the owner of R. Harris & Associates located in Richland, PA. Ron established R. Harris & Associates in 1995 as an independent brokerage agency, specializing in working with Senior Americans who are concerned about protecting their principal, avoiding probate and losing their life savings to long term care expenses.

Prior to establishing R. Harris & Associates, Ron was a sales manager for The Metropolitan Life in Wyomissing, PA. He had also held similar positions with the Prudential and American General Life & Accident Insurance Company.

Ron has attended numerous schools of instruction in senior planning, estate and retirement planning. He has received many company as well as industry recognition for service and achievement in the public interest.

Ron is an Eagle Scout Counselor for the Boy Scouts of America, Board Member of the Eastern Lebanon County ( PA ) School District and member of Williamson Lodge #307 F and A.M., Womelsdorf, PA.
